These Terms & Conditions apply to communications and services provided by Residences at Linwood LLC, including SMS communications used in connection with our business operations.

SMS Terms

Residences at Linwood LLC may send SMS messages to authorized employees, contractors, crew leaders, vendors, and other individuals who have provided their mobile telephone number and consented to receive operational text messages.

SMS messages may include work schedule reminders, work assignments, incomplete schedule notifications, project updates, renovation or maintenance information, and other operational communications related to the recipient's work or business responsibilities.

These SMS communications are intended for operational purposes and are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending upon operational activity. Some notifications may be sent more than once when an assigned task, required schedule, or other operational item remains incomplete or requires attention.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending upon the recipient's wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

SMS Consent

Individuals receiving RMS operational notifications provide their mobile telephone number directly to Residences at Linwood LLC and consent to receive work-related SMS communications at that number.

STOP and HELP

Recipients may reply STOP to discontinue SMS messages and may reply HELP for assistance. A request to stop SMS messages does not change or eliminate any separate work, contractual, scheduling, reporting, or other business responsibilities that may apply to the recipient. Alternative methods of business communication may be used when necessary.
